Bumble Bees

For my summer project I have chosen the subject of Bumble bees.

Wildlife has always been an fascinating subject for me, though I often find I have a distaste for anything insect like, however this is not the case when it comes to Bumble Bees. For me they are adorable, fascinating and essential little fluffy things. 

Another reason I have chosen this subject is because of the situation many bees find themselves in, bee populations are slowly decreasing and many species have gone extinct, yet they remain crucial for pollination of plants and foods that we rely on to eat.

Throughout this project I hope to learn more about bees in general as well as about how much we rely on bees and what methods are there to protect them as well as encourage their numbers to increase.
